2007 garage sales + garden walk

A couple of items of note going on in Northern Kentucky this weekend:

• The Newport, Kentucky East Row Garden Walk is this Saturday & Sunday, June 23 & 24 from 10-4 each day. The East Row Garden Walk lets you tour the private gardens of eight historic homes. It's a great way to see some of the most peaceful spots in the city; gardens include landscaping inspired by Monet's garden. Tickets are $15 and sold at the parking lot at the southeast corner of 5th and Washington Streets on the days of the tour.

• The Bellevue, Kentucky city-wide yard sale is Saturday, June 23rd. You can park and walk to all or most of the yard sales- find yard sale locations online.
